Took some photos in the Old Dutch Cemetery this morning; light was coming in at the perfect angle to illuminate the brightly-hued leaves. More Halloween-ness!
Just posted a new instrumental called Hungry Ghosts, just in time for Halloween. Recorded with one guitar (Glass, my homebrew Strat) and one amp (modified Epiphone Valve Jr through load box). As for the name, take a look at Wikipedia.

I finally gave up on classifying musicians by musical style, so classical, jazz, world, fusion, neo-goth world-electronica, Minimalist metal and Dadaist baroque are all in the same basket, alphabetized by name. Wrote and recorded a pseudo-baroque proggy piece today named Alpha Centauri. Another short one, under three minutes in length, tapping my inner Vivaldi (with maybe a smidgen of Brian May).

I rewrote my shell script that grabs the current National Geographic Picture of the Day in Perl, which should allow it to run almost anywhere Perl 5 runs.
